Founded in 2014, Nordmann Capital is an investment firm based upon the belief that long term investment approach coupled with a nimble tactical layer are competitive advantages in the pursuit of superior, long-term risk-adjusted returns. Nordmann Capital’s primary investment objective is to identify or create investment opportunities with asymmetric risk/reward.
The investment team with a cumulative experience of 80 years in the investment world is a spin-off of a fundamental special situation European hedge fund and M&A bankers that catered mostly institutional investors and large public companies.
While, prior to Nordmann, it worked mostly with large institutions, the team today caters a small number of European institutional size family investors.
Nordmann Capital team invests directly across the capital structure of public and private companies (equity, mezzanine, senior bridge loans).

Nordmann PE/VC department also invests in disruptive technology oriented startups. Nordmann real estate’s team also invests directly in different real-estate ventures (multifamily residential, logistic centers, developments) in north America and Europe.
The partners’ hard capital is invested along with their investors, a mechanism that creates an absolute alignment of interest.
